Book 2 in the Assentia Captives Series

Desires Unleashed

For the last nine cycles, Deki Commander Magnus Veleton has been steadfast in his duty. Not even the threat of his imminent death could make him falter in his role as mentor and guardian of the king’s heir. When Princess Jenulia’s vision fails to claim his life, Magnus rejoices. He is free to follow his dreams and pursue his desire for the lovely and voluptuous General Phoenix.

Tormented Heart

Commander Jastus’s twin is still missing. As the search for Jasmien continues, Jastus takes comfort in the fact that he has found his Aditas mate. There’s just one small problem. Neri has rejected him. His fearless little Toridian has secrets of her own.

Unwilling Bond

Reaper should have died on Tippenahboe. Why did he survive when so many others perished? Only one male has been able to reach Reaper when a panic attack strikes, but he is not a Mobi, and his cultural norms forbid the budding relationship Reaper so desperately needs. Reaper vows to break down the barrier between them, but time is running out.

Available on Amazon, KU, Kindle, B&N and more.

The sci fi space opera extradinaire continues with our multi-species couples who, no matter how different they are from humanity, epitomize the best in our own species. Loyalty, dedication to duty, friendship, support, and oh my….the passion! Desire Unleashed takes up where Veiled Visions takes off, and lives up to it’s title!

In addition to my favorites: Magnus and General Phoenix, Jasmien and Sabi, Neri and Jastus “Bigs”; Bram… with all of his cultural insecurities and his love for Reaper really stood out for me in this book, particularly since we don’t yet know what the Powers That Be have in store for the traumatized Reaper. Our other heroes have their own monumental challenges to face as well (the blindness is a particular fear to me, and it resonated), all the while still carrying out their duties.

I’ve mentioned the passion, but the plot is just as good I have no idea where the evil Devon is going to strike next, but I say the author should throw him off the ship. Maybe over Tippenahboe. 😎

I can’t wait for the next installment.
