As the Toridian Empire prepares to enslave yet another planet, a resistance movement called the Under Planet Alliance gains strength. Someone is smuggling information out of Toria Prime. Space pilots Drak Simolja and Fera Bakatra have been recalled from their current mission to rendezvous on Planet Vega. Biological weapon samples smuggled out of Toria Prime must be hand delivered to the scientists on Planet Bendo.
